My background and experience

I have spent more than 35 years working in school and public libraries and, during that time, I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience.

In mid 2014 I decided on a change of direction and set up as an independent school library consultant. This has given me the opportunity to work with an even wider range of schools than before, supporting teachers with developing great libraries that their pupils love.

If you’re looking for support with organising or refreshing your library, stock editing and/or recommendations of new books to buy, book banding, INSET sessions on library promotion and a range of other services, then visit my services page to find out how I can help or get in touch for an informal chat.
